If you would like to exchange or return a product we will be more than happy to accomodate you. We will accept all returns or exchanges as long as they are requested within 30 days of the ship date of your order and the product was neither worn nor washed.
If we make a mistake when shipping your order, we will cover all shipping costs involved to remedy the situation. However, if the mistake was made by the customer, then the customer will be held responsible for any and all additional shipping costs.
Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing why you are returning the item or what other t-shirt you would like to exchange it for. When mailing a t-shirt back to us, we recommend sending it via certified mail or UPS, as both methods allow for tracking. Return shipping is completely at your own risk. If we do not receive the t-shirt back we cannot credit you for the cost of it.
Here in Ticherts we do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges. Unworn/unwashed apparel items can be exchanged for other t-shirts sold at Ticherts within 7 days of receipt. Customer pays all shipping charges for exchanges.
We use USPS for all of our shipments, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.
