What forms of payment do you accept?: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is Tichert’s Return Policy?: If you would like to exchange a product we will be more than happy to accommodate you. Here in Ticherts we do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges. Unworn/unwashed apparel items can be exchanged for other t-shirts sold at Ticherts within 30 days of delivery date. Customer pays all shipping charges for exchanges.
How long is shipping?: We use USPS for all of our shipments, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship.
How much is Shipping?: Shipping price varies based on weight, so you'll want to add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to find out how much shipping is. Please make sure to include your complete and correct shipping address to avoid USPS returning the package to our headquarters.
Do You Ship to Military Addresses?: Yes. All orders will be shipped through the US Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the final military destination.  Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes. Ticherts is not responsible for packages delayed by customs.
Can I Cancel My Order?: Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel your order, but you can still make changes.
How do I wash my t-shirt?: Shirts should be washed inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low to medium heat.
What about the colors of the shirts/artwork?: We try to show the color of products as close as possible to the actual item. However the colors that appear on the screen can vary depending on your computer monitor and the color calibration. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colors, but they sure are close.
How is my privacy protected?: We value your business, and your trust. Therefore, we will not sell, rent, nor give away any e-mail address to other businesses.
